She co-founded Hunt & Caraway AArchitects in 1994 and became president in 2004. She took a position with another local firm in 2008, but later returned to Hunt as executive vice president. Caraway also is president of Leadership West, board vice president-business for the Arizona Business and Education Coalition, and past president of the Council for Educational Facility Planners International.
