Vice President of Achievement was really the office that stuck out to me the most considering I absolutely love seeing people, especially people care about, succeed. Witnessing my fellowFCCLA members strive to push themselves to their utmost best gives me the greatest pleasure. 2. Vice President of Programs comes in at a close second because organization is one of my best traits and I feel like that skill translates over to all the duties that this particular office is required to do. 3. Of course I had to save the best for last… State Officer! This office really holds a place in my heart. To have the opportunity to go beyond my own region and show all the other FCCLA regions my love for this organization makes me smile just thinking about it. FCCLA Involvement Past Offices Held I am currently Vice President of National Programs. Power of One Units Completed I am very proud and excited to say I have completed all the Power of One units. FCCLA Events and Projects I have participated in many FCCLA projects; for example we donated over 150 baby items to Heart of Hope foundation which helps mothers who may be in need of some baby wipes, diapers, baby lotion, etc. We also had a booth set up at Sulphur Springs Fall Festival and I had the privilege of getting to tell people about how FCCLA has impacted my life and how it impacts so man others. I have catered 3 weddings this far and they have really pushed me to be my most successful self. School Involvement Family and Consumer Science Courses Taken I took 2 semesters of Career Exploration and the beginning of next year I will have 1 semester completed of Culinary. Honors I have taken all honors in all of my mandatory classes since my freshman year Extra-Curricular Involvement I have been a member of Yearbook since 2019; I have been a member of Beta since 2016. I just joined One Act Play and Student Council as well. I am the manager of my Little Brothers Basketball Team and I have competed in UIL every year since 2012. I have worked on a run down cemetery with a group of amazing people since May of this year. Mel Haven has had such a huge impact on my life; it has taught me when you surround yourself with people who have just as much ambitious as you do anything is possible.
