Action: Foreign Exchange Waiver Consideration of a Waiver for Quest, Atascocita, Kingwood, Kingwood Park, and Humble High Schools that limits the number of foreign exchange students to five per school. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION The Superintendent recommends that the Board of Trustees approve a waiver that limits the number of foreign exchange students to a maximum of five for each of the high schools in the Humble Independent School District.
