Kimbolton and Stonely is situated to the west of Cambridgeshire, the parish bordering Bedfordshire and being within 3 miles of Northamptonshire. Communications are good to all parts of the country, the principal road links being a) the A14 from the east coast to the Midlands and giving access to the M11 to London and the M1, north and south, or the M6 to the north west and b) the A1, Great North Road. The A14 is some 4 miles north of Kimbolton and to reach Kimbolton from the west you should leave at the Catworth junction, the B660. From the east, leave at Spaldwick. If arriving via the A1 from the north, you may either join the A14 west to Spaldwick, or continue down the A1, leaving at the Buckden roundabout on to the B661. From the south, leave the A1 at St Neots, onto the B645 and Kimbolton is 7 miles west of this point. SATELLITE NAVIGATION - Those of you using satnav may wish to know that a typical postcode for the centre of Kimbolton is PE28 0HA Rail users should come to St Neots station, about 8 miles east of Kimbolton. This station is 40 minutes from Kings Cross.
