Technical Eligibility Criteria The bidder should have provided Comprehensive services of Topographical Survey and preparation of Survey Plan for successfully completed similar works during last 7 (Seven) years, ending 31.07.2020 and should be either of the following: i. 3 (Three) similar works with each valuing not less than 40% (30% for MSEs and SMEs) of the estimated cost of the tender. OR ii. 2 (Two) similar works with each valuing not less than 50% (40% for MSEs and SMEs) of the estimated cost of the tender. OR iii. 1 (One) similar work with valuing not less than 80% (70% for MSEs and SMEs) of the estimated cost of the tender. Note: “ Similar works ” would mean providing Comprehensive services of Topographical Survey successfully completed in the last 7 years for Govt. department/ Semi Govt. deptt./ Govt. autonomous bodies/ PSUs. (Please submit copies of completion certificate along with LOA/ Agreement from client mentioning therein the name, nature of work, value of work, date of completion, status of work. The certificate shall be considered only if it is issued/ counter signed by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer or equivalent.) 1B. Financial Eligibility Criteria i. The average annual financial turnover, during the last three financial years ending 31st March of 2020 should not be less than 50% of the estimated cost of Topographical Survey Work . (For MSEs and SMEs, it is 40% of the estimated cost of Topographical Survey work) 5 (Bidder to submit audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss account statement for the last three financial years ending on 31.03.2020 i.e. for financial year of 2017-18 , 2018-19 & 2019-20 ) ii. Bidder should have positive net worth at the end of the last financial year ending 31.03.2020. iii. Bidder should not have incurred any loss during last two financial years ending on 31.03.2020.
