Survivors include her daughters, Annie Arroyo of Vista and Martha Subscribe to the Arroyo-Baker of Oceanside; sons, Manuel Arroyo Jr. and Mark Meza of UT Vista; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. RAY BOLO BALINGHASAY Oct. 8, 1973-July 28, 2006 Ray Bolo Balinghasay, 32, of National City died Friday. He was born in the Philippines and was a loan officer. Survivors include his parents, Ireneo and Patricia Balinghasay; brothers, Raymond Balinghasay and Rafael Balinghasay; and grandmother, Anita Reyes. He was born in Mexico and was a painter for an auto body shop. Survivors include his wife, Maria De La Luz Barraza; daughters, Angelica Barraza and Ana Barraza of Los Angeles; son, Jesus Vicente Barraza of Oakland; stepdaughter, Raquel Suro of San Diego; stepsons, Raymundo Almada of Tijuana, Mexico, Manuel Segura of Chula Vista and Rene Segura of Las Vegas; sister, Marilu Barraza of El Paso, Texas; brothers, Francisco Barraza and Santos Barraza of El Paso, Texas; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5 to 9 p.m. today, with rosary at 7 p.m., Greenwood Mortuary, Interstate 805 and Imperial Avenue, San Diego. Services: 9 a.m. tomorrow at the mortuary. He was born in the Bronx, N.Y., and was a sergeant with the New York Police Department.
