We strive to maintain the highest standards in designing and manufacturing control systems to meet the requirements of our clients. We currently have a staff of 22 including our own metal fabrication division. SFrom sheet metal to a finished switchboard, every process is done in-house, reducing lead times and quality control issues. We manufacture small pump control panels, distribution board and metering panels as well as main switchboards and motor control centers. We have invested in automation equipment such as CNC punching machines to increase productivity and also to ensure consistency and quality in our products. Page 3 of 16 3.2 Solar Photovoltaic System Design and Build ealising the need to move towards greener development, Sunvision Engineering has ventured into the design and build of Solar Photovoltaic Plants. We have the capability to design, R source, supply, install and commission any type and size of Solar Photovoltaic Plants. We have partnered with SMA Solar Technology AG, the leading global specialist in photovoltaic system technology to utilize their products and technology in our systems. With Sunvision Engineering's in-house design and manufacturing background, we aim to bring green innovations to existing and upcoming developments in Sarawak. Page 4 of 16 3.3 Systems Integration o position Sunvision Engineering as a one-stop center for process control and monitoring, we are also involved in the design and integration of PLC and SCADA systems. We provide Tsolutions for efficient monitoring and control of process values with suitable sensor selection and control devices. Bundled together with a clear and easy-to-understand Graphical User Interface (GUI). Page 5 of 16 3.4 Switchboard Maintenance hile switchboards generally require little maintenance, preventive maintenance carried out once every few years can prevent costly downtimes. Preventive maintenance can pin- Wpoint failing components. With this information, shutdown for replacement can be scheduled during off-peak periods so disruption to production or service can be reduced. Sunvision Engineering offers one-off on-site maintenance as well as scheduled maintenance packages to ensure the reliability of your switchboards. We also provide stand-by and on-call services to quickly deal with any technical faults and disruptions. Our maintenance division is equipped with Fluke thermal-imaging camera and Fluke Power Logger capable of harmonics measurement to guarantee thorough inspection and effectiveness of maintenance.
