Project Introduction 1. The objective of the Project is to assist the Borrower in supporting the Project Cities in: (a) enhancing the performance and quality of their existing heating facilities; (b) improving city environment, and air quality. 2. The LMCEP covers the medium-sized municipalities of Yingkou, Anshan, Liaoyang, Benxi, Fushun, Kangping County, Lingyuan, Chaoyang and Yi County of Jinzhou. Project content of each city see Table 1.
