Process Optimization in Tetraacetyl Ethylenediamine Activated Sodium Perborate Bleaching of Cotton

The effect of these process parameters on the quality of the bleached cotton has been studied and compared with the conventionally bleached cotton. Improved whiteness with minimum fibre damage can be obtained by activated sodium perborate bleaching at lower temperature and for shorter exposure duration.
