Lunch will not be provided but there are pubs and cafes in the area, or you can bring your own packed lunch. How to get there: By car: FROM THE SOUTH: Leave the M1 at Junction 29 (Chesterfield). Take the 2nd exit on the roundabout and follow the dual carriageway to Chesterfield. At the next roundabout turn right and continue on the A61 dual carriageway to Sheffield. Go straight across the next roundabout (2nd exit), (there is a large Tesco on your left). Continue on the dual carriageway across the next roundabout (3rd exit) and climb a steep hill. At the next roundabout turn left, continuing on the dual carriageway. You will see a sign saying you have entered Sheffield (Lowedges). Turn left at the next (Meadowhead) roundabout and stay in the left lane. At the next roundabout turn right, (in between Greenhill School on your right and St Peter's Church). Greenhill Library is on the corner of the next roundabout. FROM THE NORTH: Leave the M1 at Junction 33 (Rotherham). Turn right onto the Rotherham-Sheffield "Parkway". Stay on the Parkway, ignoring the Catcliffe and Handworth turn-offs. When the speed limit drops to 50 mph a third (exit and entry) lane appears on your left. Join this lane and leave the Parkway following signs for the A6102 Ring Road. Take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout and stay in the left lane up to the roundabout. Turn left onto the A6102 Ring Road, and head up the steep hill. Continue on this dual carriageway going straight across every roundabout and junction. Whenever the dual carriageway expands to three lanes keep to the middle lane and continue straight on. You will be following signs for Chesterfield until you reach the third "Meadowhead" roundabout you encounter. This has a large Audi dealership on the corner. You want the middle lane and go straight across. Stay in the left lane as the dual carriageway ends. At the next roundabout turn right, (in between Greenhill School on your right and St Peter's Church). Greenhill Library is on the corner of the next roundabout. GREENHILL LIBRARY: There is some parking for Greenhill Library on your left directly before the bus-stop. If you are disabled, this is where you should park to use the ramp rather than the stairs. Otherwise, go left at the roundabout and there is another small car park, or failing that, plenty of on street parking. By train: a taxi from the station will cost around £10. There are no trains from the South on the day that arrive in time. .
