Carried 3/0 BUSINESS ARISING Nil 1 AGENDA ITEMS 1. 2021/2022 – Regional Road Group Amendments Item was presented for information and was noted. 2. Shire of Tammin – Request for Southern Link Road to be added to the network Moved: Cr Hudson Second Cr Jenzen That the Kellerberrin Sub-Group: 1. Approve the application for the Southern Link Road to be added to the network; 2. Upon final approval of the addition of the Southern Link Road, remove the following roads from the network due to the Southern Link Road bypass; a. Hunt Rd (4250085); b. McLaren St (4250082); c. Walston Street (4250040); and d. Underwood Rd (4250033), Carried 3/0 3. 2022/2023 Black Spot Programs Moved: Cr Hudson Second Cr Jenzen That the Kellerberrin Sub-Group endorses the Black Spot application from the Shire of Dowerin for the Dowering Meckering Road/Hindmarsh Back Road intersection. Carried 3/0 4. 2022/2023 Commodity Route Funding The Shire of Kellerberrin advised they intend to make a submission for this funding. The application will be for the Goldfields Road as per the previous application. OTHER ITEMS • Alli congratulated the group for 100% funds acquitted. • Clearing Permits – There is currently a survey/information requested from DWER regarding permits, Council’s need to have a look into.
