The Gophers were recently crowned WCHA Division I Women’s Hockey Poll Regular-Season Champions after sweeping St. Cloud State last weekend by scores of 7-0 February 23, 2009 and 3-1. UM is riding a nine-game unbeaten streak. Team (First Place) Record Points Last The Gophers are led by twin freshman forwards Monique Lamoureux (33g-34a=67p) 1. BSU has done most of its damage February 17, 2009 against UM at Ridder Arena. Both wins and two of the three ties came on the road, including a 2-0 victory over the Gophers Feb. 9, 2007.
