SUMMARY OF THE ITINERARY: 7 NIGHT TOUR 9 NIGHT TOUR 12 NIGHT TOUR OPTIONAL EXCURSION PACKAGES 7 NIGHT TOUR DAY 1: Arrival in Delhi & departure for Mandawa Morning arrival in in Delhi with welcome and support at the airport. Departure for Mandawa in the Shekhawati province, where men where turbans and still sport long mustaches. Upon arrival, you will check in to Grand Haveli **** hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. DAY 2: Mandawa Breakfast at the hotel. A vehicle will be waiting to take you throughout the day, discovering the villages of Fathpur, Mandawa, Dundlod and Nawalgarh, which were very prosperous during the Silk Road trading days. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. DAY 3: Mandawa – Pushkar Breakfast at hotel, then departure for Pushkar. Arrival and check in at the Aram Bagh Hotel ****. Here, enjoy the spa treatment included in your VeryChic offer, where you can relax and rejuvenate thanks to a unique range of therapies and healing treatments. The rest of the day is available to you with the vehicle at your disposal so that you may visit Pushkar, its lake, the ghats and the temple of Brahma. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. DAY 4: Pushkar – Jaipur Enjoy your early morning Yoga session included in the VeryChic offer, followed by breakfast at the hotel, then departure for Jaipur. DAY 5: Jaipur Breakfast at the hotel, then a day with the vehicle at your disposal. During the day a rickshaw ride through the bazaar will be organised. There is also a trip to Amber Fort, with a brief break during the journey to take photos of Hawa Mahal, an extraordinary former palace wall designed in the baroque style. Travel by jeep or on the back of an elephant to the fortification walls. There is also a visit to the City Palace. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. DAY 6: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra Breakfast at the hotel before continuing to Agra. Upon arrival, a horse drawn carriage awaits to take you to the Four Point Sheraton Hotel ****. You will have this day free with the vehicle available to make some magnificent discoveries: The Taj Mahal Visit to Agra’s Red Fort Fatehpur Sikri Return to the hotel for dinner and stay overnight at the hotel. DAY 7: Agra – Delhi Breakfast at hotel before leaving for Delhi. Check in at either The Park Hotel **** or Jaypee Sidharth Hotel **** You will have the rest of the day free with a vehicle available to you. The programme includes: Discovering Old Delhi; Jama Masjid; passing by Lal Qila (the Red Fort) Passing by the Presidential Palace, the Rashtrapati Bhavan and the Secretariat buildings; the Rajpath followed by the awe-inspiring commemorative arch in honour of World War One, the Gate to India; Connaught Place, the business and tourism neighbourhood. DAY 3: Mandawa – Bikaner Breakfast at the hotel and departure across the Thar Desert towards Bikaner. Check in to the Heritage Resort **** and enjoy a tuk-tuk ride through the picturesque bazaar. For the rest of the day the vehicle will be available to you. You may also go on the “Heritage Walk” in the old town to explore the winding lanes and the old Haveli mansions. You will then depart for a visit to Junnagarh Fort. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. DAY 4: Bikaner – Jodhpur Breakfast at the hotel before departing for Jodhpur. On arrival, check in to either the Ranbanka Palace **** or the Park Plaza **** before taking a tuk-tuk ride through the Bazar. For the rest of the day the vehicle will be available to you for a magnificent programme: discover Jodhpur, visit the spectacular Mehrangarh Fort, and walk through the Sardar Bazar, the colourful marketplace brimming with hundreds of activities Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. DAY 5: Jodhpur – Pushkar Breakfast at the hotel before departure for Pushkar. Arrival and check in at the Aram Bagh ****. For the rest of the day you may use the vehicle freely to discover more of Pushkar. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. DAY 8: Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra Breakfast at the hotel before departing for Agra, with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival at Agra your will check in to the Four Point Sheraton ****. There is a Horse- drawn carriage outing to Agra. The vehicle will be at your disposal for the entire day to make a number of incredible discoveries: Fatehpur Sikri, the Taj Mahal, and a visit to Agra’s Red Fort. DAY 2: Madawa – Bikaner Breakfast at the hotel before a free afternoon to visit Mandawa. At the end of the afternoon, departure for Bikaner. Upon arrival, check in to the Heritage Resort Hotel ****, before taking a tuk-tuk ride through Bikaner. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel. DAY 3: Bikaner – Jaisalmer Breakfast at the hotel before departure for Jaisalmer. Arrival in Jaisalmer and check in to the Fort Rajwada Hotel **** or the Gorbandh Palace ****. The vehicle will remain available to you throughout the day to discover the surrounding area. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. DAY 4: Jaisalmer Breakfast at the hotel before visiting the town of Jaisalmer, including: a visit to Jaisalmer Fort, discovering the “Haveli”, old palatial homes with incredibly beautifully designed balconies, the Jain Temple, and a stroll on foot through the Bazar, there is also a camel ride. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. DAY 5: Jaisalmer/Jodhpur Breakfast at the hotel before journeying to Jodhpur. Arrival at Jodhpur and check in to the Ranbanka Palace Hotel **** or the Park Plaza ****. Take advantage of the included tuk-tuk ride to explore the bazar of Jodhpur. During the day, you will have a vehicle available to discover the city and visit the incredible Fort Mehrangarh.
