ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 8 JULY 2008 AGREEMENT TO PRODUCE INDIAN FEATURE FILM IN USA Digital media, entertainment and advertising company, Swish Group announces that its subsidiary Swish Films has entered into an agreement with Indian production company Illuminati Films to be the United States Line Producer for a major new Indian feature film to be shot in San Francisco in July and August. The film, which is yet to be named, will be shot over approximately 3 weeks and is the first film undertaken by the recently established Swish Group (USA). It stars a number of India’s major stars including Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukonel. The film is being directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Saif Ali Khan and has a USA component budget of approximately USD $750,000. The Indian film industry produces approximately 1,100 feature films per year and an increasing number of these films are being shot outside India which provides significant opportunities for the Swish Films businesses in Australia and the USA. Swish Films has a number of other Indian feature films in the pipe line and the Company’s production slate is looking extremely promising.
