NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010 and TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 1999 (AS AMENDED AND MODIFIED) APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed Development at: LOW LEVEL WASTE REPOSITORY, DRIGG, HOLMROOK, CUMBRIA I give notice that Low Level Waste Repository Ltd has submitted additional and amended information and a supplementary Environmental Statement in relation to the planning application submitted to Cumbria County Council for: Phased construction of Vaults 9a to 14 and for the disposal of low level radioactive wastes within these new Vaults and within the existing Vault 9 with higher stacking, for the retention of temporarily higher stacked containers in Vault 8, with additional higher stacking. Phased construction of a permanent engineered capping layer over Trenches 1 to 7 and Vaults 8 to 14, with other ancillary works.
