The official designation fee is currently € 585.00 for all contracting states. Extension states: BA Bosnia and Herzegovina ME Montenegro The current fee per extension state amounts to € 102.00. Validation states: MA Morocco* MD Republic of Moldova** TN Tunisia*** KH Cambodia**** The designation of Morocco requires an additional fee of € 240.00. The designation of the Republic of Moldova requires an additional fee of € 200.00. The designation of Tunisia requires an additional fee of € 180.00. The designation of Cambodia requires an additional fee of € 180.00. *As of March 01, 2015 it is possible to validate European patent applications and patents in Morocco. The validation is deemed requested for any European application filed on or after March 01, 2015. It is not available for applications filed prior to that date, or for any European patents resulting from such applications. **As of November 01, 2015 it is possible to validate European patent applications and patents in the Republic of Moldova. The validation is deemed requested for any European application filed on or after November 01, 2015. It is not available for applications filed prior to that date, or for any European patents resulting from such applications. ***As of December 01, 2017 it is possible to validate European patent applications and patents in Tunisia.
