Recommended Cheerleading Guidelines and Procedures 2016-2017 Conroe Independent School District Recommended Cheerleading Guidelines and Procedures 2016-2017 The purpose of these guidelines is to provide a framework for the cheerleading programs in the Conroe Independent School District. The intent is to help students grow in the program through a positive, athletic-based experience. These guidelines may not be all-inclusive.
