Sandwiched in between West Oakland, Emeryville, and West Berkeley, the neighborhood has seen many changes over the years. The exhibit showcases the district’s development from its early days as Klinknerville to the thriving business district of the 1950s and the rapid changes of the 1990s. The exhibit is located on the second floor of the Oakland Main Library.
