Cathaoirleach and Chief Executive We welcome the publication of Leitrim County Council’s Annual Report for 2019. The Annual Report outlines the scale and diversity of the activities and services carried out by Leitrim County Council and demonstrate our commitment in making Leitrim a sustainable, creative, inclusive county where individuals, family and business can flourish. Significant progress continued in 2019 and this was made possible through the combined efforts of the Elected Members and Leitrim County Council staff to achieve success in undoubtedly a challenging operating environment. Our ability to work together with local communities and leading partnerships in serving, representing and leading our County has proved crucial in delivering on our Annual Service Plan and achieve Corporate Plan objectives.
