Discover Edith Falls (cascading down the sheer rock wall face into a paperbark encompassed plunge pool), Pine Creek, and the take time at the well maintained Adelaide River War Cemetery to get a real sense of modern Australian history. The Adelaide River starts in Litchfield National Park and is well known for its high concentration of saltwater crocodiles along with other wildlife including white- bellied sea eagles, whistling kites, freshwater crocodiles, bull sharks and black flying-fox. An excellent opportunity to observe these primeval creatures as you cruise along the Adelaide River.
