The scope of work shall also include obtaining of necessary statutory approvals from the authorities. 3.0 Time of Completion: The time of completion for installation & commissioning of Propane Storage and handling facility shall be 15 ( Fifteen) months from the date of issue of FAX LOA (Letter of Acceptance) and thereafter Propane shall be supplied for 10 years from the date of receipt of first consignment of Propane at site. 4.0 Tenderer is required to unconditionally accept the “Integrity Pact” enclosed as Annexure-II and shall submit the same duly signed along with his offer in Envelope-I.
