These rules govern the KMOX I70 Series promotion (the “Promotion”), which is being conducted by KMOX(AM) (the “Station”). The Promotion begins on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 and ends on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 (the “Promotion Dates”). b. To enter the Promotion, entrant may enter on-site at a participating Llywelyn’s Pub location on dates and times as specified below (each an “Event”) to obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last), legibly hand write your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), and date of birth on an official entry form and place the completed entry form in the dedicated collection box. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. All entries must be received by the end time for each Event as listed below. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Failure to provide all required information may result in disqualification. i. Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at St. Peter’s Llywelyn’s Pub Location , (3300 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376) beginning at 5:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) and ending at 8:00 PM CT. ii. Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Webster Groves Llywelyn’s Location (17 W Moody, Webster Groves, MO 63119) beginning at 5:00 CT and ending at 8:00 PM CT. iii. Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at St. Charles Llywelyn’s Location, (100 N Main St, St Charles, MO 63301) beginning at 5:00 PM CT and ending at 8:00 PM CT. iv. Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the Soulard Llywelyn’s Location, (1732 S 9th St, St. Louis, MO 63104) beginning at 6:00 PM CT and ending at 9:00 PM CT. v. Any changes to the above locations, dates and times will be announced on-air and posted online at www.kmox.com. c. Entrants may submit one (1) entry per Event (for a maximum of four (4) entries during the Promotion). There will be up to a total of five (5) Grand Prize winners selected in the Promotion. 2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS Updated 6/21 a. The Promotion is open to all persons who are legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older and who reside in the state of Missouri or Illinois. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Llwelyn’s Pub, Drury Hotels, Amtrak, Visit KC, the Station, CBS Radio Inc., their corporate affiliates, Station’s advertising and promotional agencies, participating sponsors, prize suppliers, their respective affiliates (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and other radio stations in the St. Louis metropolitan area, the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings or children) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Station, which are final and binding in all respects. b. Persons are eligible to win a prize in a CBS Radio St. Louis-conducted promotion only once every sixty (60) days and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six (6) months. CBS Radio St. Louis consists of radio stations KYKY(FM), KEZK-FM, and KMOX(AM). Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any Station-conducted promotion. c. The winner(s) may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and must provide winner’s complete address, date of birth and phone number to claim a prize(s). d. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements and will also delete any entry as required by law. 3. PRIZES a. Up to five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded in this Promotion. Each Grand Prize consists of: (i) round trip train transportation on the Amtrak Missouri River Runner leaving on August 8, 2017 and returning on August 9, 2017 for winner and one (1) guest to Kansas City, Missouri from St. Louis, Missouri; (ii) one (1) night hotel accommodation for two (winner and one (1) guest) at the Drury Hotel in Independence, Missouri on August 8, 2017 (standard room, double occupancy); (iii) ground transportation in Kansas City, Missouri to/from Independence, Missouri ; (iv) pregame party at Llywelyn’s Pub location in Lee’s Summit, Missouri on August 8, 2017; and (v) two (2) tickets (for winner and one (1) guest) to see a professional baseball game at Kauffman Stadium on August 8, 2017 located at 1 Royal Way, Kansas City, MO 64129. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $409. Updated 6/21 Actual value may vary. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Travel arrangements must be made through the Station or its designee. Prize(s) is subject to availability. If the winner(s) cannot travel on date(s) specified by the Station, the winner(s) may be disqualified, and an alternate winner(s) may be selected (time permitting) at the Station’s sole discretion. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation to/from the train station and/or to/from the hotel, are the responsibility of the winner(s). Travel must be round trip. The winner(s) and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including, without limitation, passports for international travel. Amtrak regulations apply. If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. The winner(s) and guest(s) must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a prize-related event or travel is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Promotion Entities, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded elements of the prize(s). No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any travel. The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner and/or guest if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any Grand Prize-related event. All tickets will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. b. No more than the stated number of prizes specified in these official rules will be awarded. All prizes must be claimed during regular business hours at the CBS Radio office located at 1220 Olive Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. The winner(s) will forfeit any prize(s) or prize certificate(s) not claimed by 5:00pm CT on July 28, 2017. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed or shipped to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize(s) or prize certificate(s). c. Prize(s) is not transferable, and no substitution, assignment or cash equivalent of prize(s) is permitted, except by the Station (solely at its discretion), which reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize portion with another prize or prize portion of greater or equal value. The prize(s) are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION a) Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Promotion are final. b) Up to five (5) Grand Prize winners will be selected on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at approximately 10:00 AM CT via a Station-conducted random drawing from among all combined eligible on-site entries received at all the Events. c) Odds of winning depend upon the number of combined eligible on-site entries received at all the Events. d) Entrants must be present to enter on-site at a participating Llywelyn’s Pub location on the dates and times listed above. Entrants are not required to listen to the Station or be present at the prize drawing to win a Grand Prize.
