I wish to advise that I have decided to establish the Shepparton North Activity Centre Advisory Committee for this purpose. Further information will be provided to your council on arrangements for the advisory committee in due course. I have noted the undertaking in your letter that the parties to related legal proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria have agreed to meet the costs of the advisory committee in equal shares. It is my expectation that council will meet the costs in the first instance and will recover the share of the costs apportioned to the other parties. I have also noted that Greater Shepparton City Council will be responsible for giving notice as required for the advisory committee.
