Chairs welcome and Meeting Notes of last CNP meeting 14:00 to Chair – Cllr Derris Watson, St Cleer Parish Council 14:10 A major contributor to the good work of the Panel has been the allocation of the highways scheme budget. This success should continue, and I propose we motion for the same system to be put in place for the next Council so Parishes and Members can make local decisions on local highways issues. Your thoughts and consideration would be appreciated. 2. Guest Speakers – Major projects in SE Cornwall 14:10 to 15:10 Liskeard Town Council Looe Town Council with Sue Brownlow for the cycle trail Adam Birchall - Head of Sustainability Growth and Innovation This is our regular update on the major projects in Liskeard and Looe which also support the wider SE Cornwall economy. Liskeard and Looe Town Councils will give an overview of their Town Visions and Adam will explain how projects are being developed and delivered and the interconnectivity between the projects is SE Cornwall 3. Highways Scheme Update 15:10 to Paul Allen - Highways & Environment Manager 15:20 Update on projects that are currently being delivered and the Year 4 schemes that were agreed at our October 2020 meeting. Information Classification: CONTROLLED 4. Parish Council Feedback and Questions 15:20 to Feedback on issues relevant to the CNA, including 15:40 Neighbourhood Planning for example. Please contact David Read to include your update or question if possible but these can also be raised at the meeting. • Future Agenda item, Rural Policing • Broadband Update – Derris Watson 5. Cornwall Councillor Updates and Questions 15:40 to 16:00 6. Date of next meeting 7th June 2021 from 2pm to 4pm (Subject to any ongoing Covid Restrictions this could be a face to face meeting) This is the first meeting after the Election and the Chair and Vice Chair will be elected.
