SOVEREIGN HARBOUR Supplementary Planning Document

SOVEREIGN HARBOUR Supplementary Planning Document Adoption Statement Town & Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 Notice is hereby given under Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 that the Sovereign Harbour Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was formally adopted by Eastbourne Borough Council on Wednesday 20 February 2013. The Sovereign Harbour SPD was subject to consultation between 1 May and 24 July 2012, and any modifications made as a result of representations received are set out in the SPD’s associated Consultation Statement. Any person with sufficient interest in the decision to adopt the Sovereign Harbour SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of that decision. Any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after the date of adoption. In accordance with Regulation 35 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, the Sovereign Harbour SPD and its associated Consultation Statement and Adoption Statement, have been made available for inspection during normal office hours at: Eastbourne Borough Council Eastbourne Central Library 1 Grove Road Grove Road Eastbourne Eastbourne East Sussex East Sussex BN21 4TW BN21 4TL In addition, a copy of the Sovereign Harbour SPD and its associated Consultation Statement and Adoption Statement are available for inspection on the Council’s website: www.eastbourne.gov.uk/spd A copy of this Adoption Statement has been sent to any person who has asked to be notified of the adoption of the supplementary planning document. .
