BY BRENT GLASGOW HEN TOMLINSON TAP Room opened in 2010 inside Indianapolis’s City Market, there were around 30 brew- eries in Indiana, and the W state’s roster of top-notch beers was brief. A little over fi ve years and 90 breweries later, that list is now extensive, and Tom Tap delivers the best of the best to its clientele. With 19 taps dedicated to Indiana craft beer, which rotate when a keg runs dry, Tom Tap manager Benjamin Hunt has the enviable task of choosing which brews make the cut.
