The Chesapeake Antique Fire Apparatus Association A chapter of SPAAMFAA since 1971 2019 Best Appearing: 1935 Maxim Owner Bill Clark, Colchester CT ANNUAL SPRING MUSTER Saturday, June 5, 2021 Pleasant Valley Community Fire Co 2030 South Pleasant Valley Road Westminster MD 21158 The Chesapeake Antique Fire Apparatus Association, a chapter of SPAAMFAA , will host their Annu- al Maryland Antique Fire Apparatus Spring Muster at the Pleasant Valley CFC in Westminster, Mary- land on Saturday June 5th. The featured apparatus this year will be pre-1942 rigs We encourage all apparatus owners to attend. Each pre-registrant will receive one participation plaque for each paid registration. The Pleasant Valley Auxiliary will have breakfast and lunch food available for purchase. There will be complete restroom facilities in the fire station. The Muster will be held regardless of weather conditions. NOTE: The Days Inn at 25 S Cranberry Rd (just off Rte. 140) has offered a spe- cial group rate of $79.00 /night. I will comply with SPAAMFAA and CAFAA guidelines and each piece of apparatus will have, at a minimum, a working 10:BC fire extinguisher and be equipped with and use two wheel chocks. The owner and any operator designated by the owner are responsible to have proper knowledge and experience in the operation of the unit including ALL safety requirements and recommendations, and to be familiar with any modifications, alterations or up- grades to the apparatus.
