CHECKLIST of application documents for international applicants for bachelor’s, Diplom and State Examination programmes - higher semester of study - Under certain conditions, when enrolling on an undergraduate degree at Leipzig University it is possible to start in a higher semester of study. If you have already earned credits in the same or a similar degree programme, you can apply to have these prior academic achievements taken into account. You will require a credits form, which you enclose with your application. If you wish to apply for a higher semester of study on the degree programmes Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy or Law, you can obtain the necessary credits form from the competent Landes- prüfungsamt. Leipzig University will then decide whether to allocate you a place and admit you to your course of study. In what form do I have to submit the application documents? Submit one certified copy of each of the original documents. In the case of foreign-language docu- ments, you must submit an original certified translation of the document, in either German or Eng- lish, in addition to the certified copy of the document in the original language. No translations are re- quired of original certificates if they are in German or English.
