POSTER SETUP AND TAKE DOWN Posters can be set up before 5:00 pm on Monday (July 18th). Posters will be present for viewing through until Tuesday at 8:00 pm. The Brews and Snacks Poster Session 1 is on Monday July 18th and the Wine and Cheese Poster Session 2 is on Tuesday July 19th from 6:00-8:00 pm. Poster presenters should be present near their posters during the Social since the Graduate Student Poster Competition is going on at the same time. Posters must be removed by 8:30 pm on Tuesday (July 19th). ORAL PRESENTATIONS Presentations must be in PowerPoint or a compatible program for viewing on a Windows PC. All presenters should arrive for their session at least 20 minutes before the session starts so that the Session Chairs can load the presentations onto the computer. MEALS BREAKS These are included as part of your registration fee. Morning (10:00 – 10:30 am) and afternoon (3:00 -3:30 pm) breaks will be taken in the Foyer Cartier (Lobby level). BREAKFAST & LUNCH For breakfast and lunch you are on your own. There are places to eat within the hotel as well as restaurants nearby. There is a Starbucks in the hotel for your breakfast if you’d like. For lunch, there are 3 food trucks in the park right in front of the hotel (Parc de la Place du Canada).
