He obtained a BA degree from McMaster University (1924) and also studied at Princeton University. Ferguson was admitted to Osgoode Hall Law School in 1924, and was called to the Bar in 1927 after articling with William Mulock in Toronto. He was appointed a King's Counsel in 1945. Ferguson died on December 19th, 1984, in Glen Major, Ontario. Scope and Content Collection consists of a photograph of the judges of the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Ontario.
