SUBMISSION VERSION 2021 FOREWORD The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group, on behalf of the Parish Council, has produced this Neighbourhood Plan using residents’ opinions and comments from the consultations, events, questionnaires and meetings held over the last 5 years.
