With Mongolia - to sign the New Protocol in June, and the New Agreement in 2019; 2. With Pakistan - to start consultation on ammending the bilateral Agreement; 3. With Uzbekistan - to establish a data base for crew members, and try to open the transit transport routes via Uzbekistan 4. With Kyrgyz Republic - to start consultation on ammending the bilateral Agreement; 5. China-Kyrgyz Republic-Uzbekistan - to start consultation on ammending the trilateral Agreement; Next Steps 1.
