Directing this show has been an exciting challenge for many reasons, but she couldn’t be more at ease in the King’s College theatre. As a student of the program, Brandi worked on every show, either onstage—memorable experiences were in Arcadia (Hannah), The 39 Steps (Annabella, Margaret, Pamela), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hippolyta, Titania), and Picasso at the Lapin Agile (The Countess)—with every crew, from construction and painting to costume and graphic design; or as she found her footing as a director assisting Dave Reynolds on Spelling Bee and Richard III. After graduating with a double major in Theatre and Mass Communications, Brandi worked professionally in concert promotion and higher ed advancement but presently works in marketing and communications at a national architecture firm. She serves as president of Gaslight Theatre Company where she has been a board member since 2012 and has directed several plays, including August: Osage County, Taming of the Shrew (co-directed with Dave), Next Fall, and God of Carnage. She also is a part-time faculty member at King’s, teaching Arts Appreciation every few semesters. She gives endless thanks to Dave for this opportunity (and truthfully all previous ones) and for being a devoted and passionate educator, a constant mentor, and close friend. Brandi lives with her husband (also named Dave!) in Kingston. Leah Peters (Rosalind) is a senior Theatre major from Edwardsville, PA and is very excited and grateful to be playing Rosalind in this production. Some shows she has been in at King’s are King Lear, Eurydice, and The Drowsy Chaperone. Besides performing, she enjoys cooking and playing video games. She would like to thank her director and fellow cast mates for their amazing hard work and also her family and her boyfriend Mike for their incredible support. Theodora C. Abah (Celia) is a Senior currently pursuing a Master’s in Health- care Administration and is delighted to be in the King’s College production of “As You Like It.” Theodora resides in Lawrenceville, GA with her parents and younger siblings. Some of her recent productions include Much Ado About Nothing, The Drowsy Chaperone, King Lear, and The Year That Wasn’t. Outside of performing, Theodora enjoys spending time with her friends and conducting research with King’s College Faculty. She would like to thank her director, cast, and crew for all their hard work and dedication. She hopes everyone enjoys the show! John Barrera (Orlando) is a Sophomore theatre major who left the spray tanned paradise
