SILENT NO MORE Sponsored by Ushers Uniting for Life If both you and the king who reigns over you follow the Lord your God—good! ~ Sam 12:14 REFLECTION: Pro-abortion politicians will say to us, “My office does not deal with abortion.” But their position on abortion tells us what they think of government: does it protect rights that come from God, or does it give those rights itself? Whether one will vote on abortion is beside the point. Before we cast our vote for our leaders, we need to know what kind of authority they think we are giving them. PRAYER: Lord, keep our leaders aware of the difference between their role and Yours. Pro-Life Reflections for Every Day ~ Fr.
