Through her I met Sri T.K.V.Desikachar and have followed his teachings to this day; it was his humility and compassion that inspired me and continues to do so. I soon realised that I wanted to teach in this tradition so took a four year practitioner program with Paul Harvey and graduated from that and began teaching yoga one to one and this remains a very significant part of my work. I also train new teachers and run workshops and courses all over the UK and have taught in India, Switzerland, Holland and Austria. I have a particular interest in the transformational qualities of the breath and chanting.
