INTRODUCTION RPS was appointed by Dublin City Council, on behalf of the regional waste management offices, to analyse the national waste capacity market for the safe treatment of soil wastes. The RPS project team were requested to review existing soil recovery facilities and quantify the capacity available to meet current and future market demand. Data for 2015 was sourced where available and supported by the latest commentary from the market. From the findings, conclusions
