This work will bring the building up to current codes/standards and reduce operating and maintenance costs. Benefit The State will benefit by extending the useful life of this facility. Funding 100% Federal Funds Commitment The contract cost is fixed based on competitive bids. The amount of the contract is within the authorized budget.
