To help assure you and your rider a safe ride we ask you to please read this manual carefully, and keep it for future reference. Follow the recommendations in this manual, they are designed to improve the safety and operation of your ride-on car and it’s rider. The product contains small parts, keep children away when assembling. • ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. • Always remove protective material and poly bags and dispose before assembly. • Make sure that the power switch is turned “OFF” before assembling the ride- on. • Before first time use, charge the battery for at least 4 to 6 hours. • Assembly tools required: Screwdriver Long nose pliers Spanner (not included) (not included) BATTERY INFORMATION ● Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. ● Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged. ● Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. ● Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. ● Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. ● Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy. ● The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. Attach the Rear Window │ 5 1 1. Fit the tabs on the rear window into the slots on the rear vehicle. 2. Turn the vehicle body over and tighten two Ø4x12 screws to secure it. 2 Attach the Rear Support & Front Axle │ 6 2 x7 1 1. Fit the rear support to the vehicle body. 2. Tighten seven Ø4x12 screws to secure it with a screwdriver. 3. Fit the front axle to the vehicle body. 4. Insert eight Ø4x12 screws through the front axle x4 4 and into the vehicle body wall, and tighten with a screwdriver. 3 Attach the Rear Axle │ 7 1 2 Remove all the parts from the rear axle. 1. Insert the rear axle into the hole in the vehicle body from Left side. 2. Make the square part on the rear axle match with square opening on the vehicle body. 1WD Attach the Rear Wheels │ 8 HINT: If your vehicle was Two Wheels Driving Type, see the next page please. Rear axle 3 10 4 1 2 1. Slide the gear box onto the rear axle (Left Side). “R” labeled gear box should be fit to the “R” side of vehicle body; “L” labeled gear box should be fit to “L” side of vehicle body. 2. Slide the driving wheel onto the rear axle. And keep the driving wheel match with the gear box. 3. Slide the Ø10 Washer onto the rear axle. 4. Tighten a Ø10 Locknut to the end of the rear axle with a spanner. 8 Tools required: Spanner 9 10 5 6 7 5. Slide the Ø10 Washer onto the rear axle (Right Side). 6. Slide the Bushing(ring end first) onto the rear axle . 7. Slide the Normal wheel onto the rear axle. And keep it match with the Bushing. 8. Slide the Ø10 Washer onto the rear axle. 9. Tighten a Ø10 Locknut to the end of the rear axle with a spanner. 10. Fit a hubcap to the wheel cover. Repeat for the other side. 2WD Attach the Rear Wheels │ 9 Rear axle 3 9 4 1 2 1. Slide the gear box onto the rear axle (Left Side). “R” labeled gear box should be fit to the “R” side of vehicle body; “L” labeled gear box should be fit to “L” side of vehicle body. 2. Slide the driving wheel onto the rear axle. And keep the driving wheel match with the gear box. 3. Slide the Ø10 Washer onto the rear axle. 4. Tighten a Ø10 Locknut to the end of the rear axle with a spanner. 7 Tools required: Spanner 8 5 6 9 5. Slide the gear box onto the rear axle (Right Side). “R” labeled gear box should be fit to the “R” side of vehicle body; “L” labeled gear box should be fit to “L” side of vehicle body. 6. Slide the driving wheel onto the rear axle. And keep the driving wheel match with the gear box. 7. Slide the Ø10 Washer onto the rear axle. 8. Tighten a Ø10 Locknut to the end of the rear axle with a spanner. 9. Fit the hubcaps to the wheel cover. Repeat for the other side. Attach the Front Wheels │ 10 Front axle 1 2 4 5 3 6 Tools required: Spanner Remove all the parts from the front axle. 1. Slide a Ø10 washer onto the front axle. 2. Slide the bushing (ring end first) onto the front axle. 3. Slide the normal wheel (with wheel hubcap) onto the rear axle. and keep the normal wheel match with the bushing. 4. Slide a Ø10 washer onto the front axle. 5. Tighten a Ø10 Locknut to the end of the front axle with a spanner. 6. “Snap” the hubcap to the wheel cover. Repeat this step for the other side. After assembling any wheel to the axles, please check the gap between the screw thread and the collapsible (refer to below picture), if the gap is too big, please add two or three washers inside the wheel, But after tightening the nut outside the wheel, please turn the wheel by your finger to check if the wheel can run smoothly, this is very important, because if the wheel can run smoothly, it is ok, but if the nut press the wheel and the wheel can’t run smoothly, the motor will be broken easily! Then you need to decrease one or two washers to make sure the wheel GAP can run smoothly! Normal type Attach the Steering Column │ 11 HINT: If your vehicle equipped with Remote Control Function, see the next page please! 4 3 2 Hole in the front axle linkage Steering Gear Box 1 Turn the vehicle body on its side. 1. Slide a Ø10 washer onto the steering column from the straight end. 2. Insert the straight end of steering column up through the hole at the front of vehicle body from bottom side, and out through the hole in the dash. 3. Insert the bent end of steering column through the hole in the front axle linkage. 4. Fit a Ø10 washer onto the steering column. 5. Insert a split pin into the hole in the steering column, bend the ends of split pin back using a long nose pliers. R/C type Attach the Steering Column │ 12 45 1 34 2 Hole in the front axle linkage 2 3 1 Steering Gear Box 3 1 2 Turn the vehicle body on its side.
