For example we have, 3/4×4/3= 3×4/4×3 = 1 Reciprocal of 3/4 is 4/3, and reciprocal of 4/3 is 3/4 How to Write the Reciprocal of a Number? To write the multiplicative inverse or the reciprocal of a fraction, we interchange the denominator and the numerator of that fraction.
