Information is also available regarding species that have been delisted and recovery plans for currently listed species. ARKive: Images of Life on Earth (http://www.arkive.org/threatened-species/) This website organizes endangered species by their class. Within each class you can find a plethora of species specific information including facts & status, description, range & habitat, biology, threats & conservation, further information, and oftentimes images and videos. World Wildlife Foundation Full Species List (http://www.worldwildlife.org/species/specieslist.html) This website provides information about specific endangered species, as well as the efforts to try to preserve them. There are short video clips available, as well as species bios. Noodle Tools (http://www.noodletools.com) This website allows you to enter information about the resources they have used while locating information for their project and generates correct bibliography information. Encyclopedia of Life (http://www.eol.org/index) This website is searchable by name of the endangered species. Students will locate a plethora of information including description, morphology, reproduction, distribution, and more. The International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (http://www.iucnredlist.org/) This website contains information on most of the endangered species of the world. You will need the login and password information, which you can get from Mr. Wolf or Mr. Mitchell More than 1,200 plants and animals that are threatened or endangered are included in this set of encyclopedias. Information about distribution, habitat, recovery, threats and behavior can easily be found in this resource. .
