Thursday, June 9, 2016, 10:30 a.m. There were approximately 70 people in attendance. 1. Call to Order and Welcome – Melanie MacDonald, President Introduction of 2015-2016 Board of Directors President Melanie MacDonald, City of Fredericton, chaired the meeting. President MacDonald welcomed everyone to the Fortieth Annual Meeting of the Association of Municipal Administrators of New Brunswick (AMANB). She called the meeting to order at 10:35 a.m. She then introduced the 2015-2016 Board of Directors. 2. Approval of Agenda MOVED by Yves Leger, Village of Memramcook, and seconded by Mike Roy, Village of Petit-Rocher, that the Agenda be ap- proved as presented. CARRIED 3. Adoption of Annual General Meeting Minutes of June 11, 2015 MOVED by Linda Brown, Town of Hartland, and seconded by Marie-Paul Robichaud, Village of Saint-Louis-de-Kent, that the Minutes of the 39th Annual General Meeting, dated June 11, 2015, and held at the Moncton Beauséjour Delta Hotel, be adopted as circulated. CARRIED 4. Business arising from the Minutes None. 5. President’s Report – Melanie MacDonald President MacDonald’s report is on page 8 of the Annual Report 2015-2016. She introduced and welcomed the new Associa- tion members: the list is on page 20. President MacDonald thanked the Executive Director for her dedication and acknowl- edged the continued contribution of her husband, Daniel Grant, as a volunteer. MOVED by Christy Arseneau, Town of Dalhousie, and seconded by Linda Brown, Town of Hartland, that the President’s 2015-2016 Report be accepted. CARRIED 6. Treasurer’ Report – Henri Battah President MacDonald called upon Treasurer Henri Battah, Regional municipality of Tracadie, to submit to the General Assem- bly the 2015-2016 Auditor’s Report and the proposed 2016-2017 Budget. 6.1 Auditor’s Report 2015-2016 Mr. Battah reviewed the Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2016 as audited by GP Morrison, Chartered Professional Accountant, Fredericton, NB, and presented in the Annual Report from page 9 to 19. These Financial Statements showed Revenue of $167,708 and Expenses of $168,708. He advised that the year ended March 31, 2016 with a
