THE 48TH ANNUAL NEW YORK EMMY AWARD NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED THIS MORNING WNBC-TV Gets the Most Nods With 35 New York Emmy Awards to Take Place on April 3, 2005 (New York, NY -- February 25, 2005) The 48th Annual New York Emmy Award nominations took place this morning at the CUNY Graduate Center. Co-hosting the ceremony were Diana Williams, the award winning anchor of WABC-TV Channel 7 Eyewitness News at 5 and Eyewitness News Up Close, and the former 1st Vice President of the NY NATAS; Six time Emmy-Award winning journalist Marvin Scott, Senior Correspondent, Host and Co-Anchor of WB 11 News Weekend Edition; Emmy-Award winning Correspondent Jane Hanson, Anchor of Jane’s New York; and Shelly Palmer, President, Palmer Advanced Media and 1st Vice President of the NY NATAS. WNBC-TV received the most nominations with 35.
