Section 10 · NOC Emblems and National Identity The NOC code must appear on the back of the Épée jacket. Guidelines Regarding All designs must be submitted to the FIE for approval at the latest 30 days before the Olympic Authorised Identifications Games. Games of the XXXII Olympiad Tokyo 2020 Section 12 · Homologation Marks A homologation mark [ ] must appear on all blades, under plastron, jackets, masks, and electric jackets, and include the Identification of the Manufacturer, the date of manufacturing and the FIE logo. FIE Electric jackets must carry the Identification of the Manufacturer, the date of manufacturing and must be located as follow: Fencing In Saber: one Identification of the Manufacturer for clothes will be resolved to the maximum size of 30cm2. The homologation mark should appear at the basis of the electric jacket, (except on the electric surface) and on the side of the non-sword hand. In Foil: The homologation mark must be located at the back of the electric jacket, on the belt surface with the maximum size of 30cm2.No additional identifications should appear with the above authorised homologation mark and Identification of the Manufacturer. Section 17 · Submission Process Items which must undergo a mandatory verification process by the FIE are the following: All General Principles apply unless weapons, body wires, jackets and breeches, conductive jackets, gloves, masks and mask- expressly mentioned otherwise above to-jacket leads. (in particular in relation to size, frequency, location or Sports Brand requirements). All items which have been checked by the FIE will be distinctively marked. A special stamp is used to mark the mask, glove, under-plastron, conductive jacket and masks.
