Wilcox & al. 1993, which is an illegitimatelater homonymof LeucoglossumS. Imai 1942. New combinationsfor four species and one subspeciesare proposed. The genus Leucoglossum B. H. Wilcox & al. was recenty established in Bremer & Humphries (1993: 142) to include the annual species formerly placed in Leucanthe- mum sect. Eunuchoglossum DC. (Vogt, 1991). Unfortunately it is an illegitimate later homonym of Leucoglossum S. Imai (1942: 524), a name that is currently in use for a genus of the ascomycete family Geoglossaceae (Greuter & al., 1993; Eriksson & Hawksworth, 1993). We are currently revising the genus.
