The Age Friendly Home Investment Program. The amount of repairs on a single home – that can include roofs, gutters, plumbing, sidewalks, porches, exterior painting etc. – is capped at $10,000. The city’s Department of Aging is accepting the applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. It must be an owner-occupied 1-2 family home. Seniors 60 and older who make up to 250% of the federal poverty limit or $41,150 for a family of two for example are eligible as are disabled adults from 18-59 years old.
