Sessions Clerk, that the Petty Sessions Districts of Antrim, Templepatrick, Toomebridge and Crumlin shall be served by one and the same person as Petty Sessions Qerk, and that the Petty Sessions Districts of Lurgan and Moira shall be served by one and the His Excellency the Governor of Northern Ireland same person as Petty Sessions Clerk: has been pleased to appoint William McWilliam, Now, therefore, the Minitry of Home Affairs in Esq., Barrister-at-Law, William Weatherup, Esq., pursuance of the powers vested in it by sub-section Barrister-at-Law, M. Vincent Phelan, Esq., Barrister- (1) of section eleven of the Summary Jurisdiction and at-Law, and Philip Gorfunkle, Esq., Solicitor, as Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland), 1935, hereby Temporary Resident Magistrates in and for the orders as follows: Counties of Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry and Tyrone, the County of the City From and after the 1st day of May, 1954: of Belfast and the County of the City of Londonderry, (1) the Petty Sessions Districts of Lisburn, Dromore, until the 31st day of March, 1955. Dromara, Dunmurry and Hillsborough shall, be served by one and the same person as Petty Ministry of Home Affairs, Sessions Qerk; Stormont, Belfast. 1st April, 1954. (2) the Petty Sessions Districts of Antrim, Temple- patrick, Toomebridge and Crumlin shall be served by one and the same person as Petty Sessions Clerk ; (3) the Petty Sessions Districts of Lurgan and Moira SUMMARY JURISDICTION shall be served by one and the same person as Petty Sessions Clerk.
