Pairing and Activating Apple Watch Series 3 and Series 4 for Corporate Liable users Congratulations on your decision to add an Apple Watch to your Sprint Service! These first few steps are designed to be completed by your Sprint representative or require you or someone from your organization who has administrative access to your account to make these updates. 1. In your Sprint.com account, go to My Preferences tab and click “Manage Companion Device.” 2. Select the account device that will be paired with the Apple Watch. Click “Edit Control” for selected subscriber. 3. Under the “Manage Companion Device” section, choose “Allow” and click “Save.” It may take up to an hour for the changes to become active on your account. 4. Next you will see a “Pending Status” clock face icon by your selected subscriber. 5. Wait until you see a “Full Access” green check mark icon by the subscriber to start the “Cellular Activation” process on the Apple Watch. Pairing and Cellular Activation – to be completed by the user of the Apple Watch. 1. Make sure the Apple Watch is turned on and open the Watch App on the primary iPhone. Click "Start Pairing." 2. Hold the Apple Watch up to the iPhone’s camera and align it to the frame shown on the screen. 3. Apple Watch is now paired. Click on "Set Up Apple Watch" on the app screen. 4. Select the "Wrist Preference" and answer the question. 5. Review and agree to the "Terms and Conditions." 6. On the "Shared Settings" screen, tap "OK." 7. On "Apple Watch Passcode" screen select "Create a Passcode" or "Don't Add Passcode." 8. On the "Activity" screen, choose "Set up Activity" or "Skip This Step." 9. On the "Emergency SOS Screen," tap "Continue." 10. In "Cellular Setup" on the app, tap "Set Up Cellular" to activate cellular service. 11. Next you'll see "Choose Plan." Select the "$15 Unlimited Apple Watch Plan" and tap "Next." 12. Review and verify a 911 Registered Location and tap "Next." 13. Review and agree to the "Terms of Service." 14. Tap "Submit" to send the activation request. 15. Tap "OK" on the "Congratulations" screen. 16. When screen displays a message of "Cellular is Ready," tap "Continue." 17. Tap "Install All" or "Choose Later" for installing available apps. 18. After the sync is done, you will receive a "Welcome to Apple Watch App" screen. Tap "OK." .
