VI. C. Appointment of Member of Legislative Commission's Subcommittee to Review Regulations (NRS 233B.067) NRS 233B.067 provides that, as soon as practicable after each legislative session the Legislative Commission shall appoint a Subcommittee to Review Regulations consisting of at least three members or alternate members of the Legislative Commission. At its meeting conducted on June 21 , 2017, the Commission appointed the following members to the Subcommittee: Assemblyman Jason Frierson, Chair Senator Kelvin Atkinson Senator Aaron Ford Senator James Settelmeyer Assemblyman Paul Anderson Assemblywoman Maggie Carlton Assemblyman Keith Pickard Due to the resignation of Assemblyman Paul Anderson, the Legislative Commission has the opportunity to replace him on the Subcommittee. Since the statute only requires that the Subcommittee consist of at least three members, there is no requirement to replace Mr. Anderson. If be is not replaced, the Subcommittee will consist of six members instead of seven.
