Mission Statement The mission of the University of Arkansas at Hope-Texarkana is to connect students and community partners to quality learning through effective and timely educational technologies, student-centered support services, and emerging content delivery methods that support excellence in teaching and learning, value in training and workforce development, advancement in life-long learning, and elevation in civic and cultural enrichment. Purpose The purpose of this resource manual is to provide available practical and local resources to the students of University of Arkansas Hope – Texarkana campuses. This is only a partial listing of the various resources that are available to the students in the four states area. We offer nonjudgmental care to preserve and protect human life so that you can find hope in what seems like a hopeless situation. Our three Hannah Pregnancy Resource Centers provide options for teen pregnancy, unexpected pregnancies or expectant mothers in need of assistance.
