Date, Wednesday, November 29, 2017, 12:00 p.m., Hess Corporation Office, Time, 3015 16th Street SW #20, Minot, North Dakota and Place: Thursday, November 30, 2017, 8:00 a.m., City Hall, 515 Second Avenue SW, Minot, North Dakota Agenda: Tours of the Minot International Airport and other city infrastructure; presentations and committee discussion by representatives of the City of Minot regarding challenges in government operations and funding needs related to the committee's study of the oil and gas tax allocations to hub cities and hub city school districts; and other presentations, including presentations by representatives of the Minot school district regarding enrollment changes and funding needs Special Note: Anyone who plans to attend the meeting and needs assistance because of a disability should contact the Legislative Council staff as soon as possible. Space is limited on the tours and participants are required to wear safety equipment, which will be provided to participants, for a portion of the tour. Anyone who plans to participate in the tour must contact the Legislative Council staff by Monday, November 27, 2017. Participants are not allowed to take photographs or video recordings during the tours of oil and gas company sites.
